- اختر حذف الحساب نهائياً ثم أكّد
- Open the Nubugh app and sign in
- Go to Profile
- Tap Delete Account Permanently and confirm

إذا لم تتمكن من الوصول إلى التطبيق، أرسل رسالة من بريدك المسجَّل إلى nubughapp@gmail.com بعنوان «حذف الحساب»، وسننفّذ طلبك ونؤكد لك خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى.
If you can't access the app, email us from your registered address at nubughapp@gmail.com with the subject "Delete account". We will process your request and confirm within 30 days at most.
يمكنك طلب حذف بيانات محددة — مثل سجل التدريب أو نتائج الاختبارات المحاكية — مع الاحتفاظ بحسابك، بمراسلتنا على nubughapp@gmail.com موضحاً البيانات المطلوب حذفها.
You may request deletion of specific data — such as practice history or mock exam results — while keeping your account, by emailing nubughapp@gmail.com describing the data you want removed.
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، الصف والمسار
- بيانات التقدم: نتائج الاختبارات، الإجابات، نقاط XP، الشارات، أيام المواظبة
- بيانات القياس: المعرّفات المرتبطة بجهازك لدى أدوات التحليل
- Account data: name, email, phone number, grade and track
- Progress data: exam results, answers, XP, badges, streaks
- Measurement data: device-linked identifiers held by our analytics tools
✅ تُحذف جميع البيانات أو تُجهَّل نهائياً خلال 30 يوماً من تأكيد الطلب. بيانات الاشتراك المالية تُدار لدى Apple App Store / Google Play — لا نخزّن أي أرقام بطاقات.
✅ All data is permanently deleted or anonymized within 30 days of confirmation. Subscription payments are handled by the Apple App Store / Google Play — we never store card details.
ملاحظة: لحسابات الأطفال المُنشأة عبر لوحة الأسرة، يمكن لولي الأمر حذف حساب الطفل وبياناته بالطريقتين نفسيهما.
Note: for child accounts created via the Family Dashboard, the parent/guardian can delete the child's account and data using the same two methods.
