By using the Nubugh app (com.nubugh.app) or our website nubugh.net, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of them, please do not use the app.

• يجب أن تكون المعلومات المقدمة عند التسجيل صحيحة ودقيقة
• أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور
• حسابات الأطفال تحت 13 عاماً تتطلب موافقة ولي الأمر
• يُحظر إنشاء حسابات متعددة للتحايل على القيود
• نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو حذف أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط

• Information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful
• You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality
• Accounts for children under 13 require parental consent
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms

• تُعالَج جميع المدفوعات عبر متجر التطبيق الذي حمّلت منه التطبيق: Apple App Store (داخل التطبيق عبر In-App Purchase) أو Google Play، وتخضع لسياسات المتجر المعني
• الاشتراكات تُجدَّد تلقائياً ما لم تُلغَ قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية
• يُخصم مبلغ التجديد من حسابك في المتجر خلال 24 ساعة السابقة لنهاية الفترة الحالية
• يمكنك إدارة اشتراكاتك أو إلغاؤها في أي وقت من إعدادات حسابك: إعدادات Apple ID → الاشتراكات (على iOS)، أو Google Play → المدفوعات والاشتراكات (على Android)
• المبالغ المدفوعة غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا في الحالات التي يتيحها متجر التطبيقات المعني
• التجربة المجانية 7 أيام — لن يُفرض أي رسوم خلال فترة التجربة، ويُفقد أي جزء غير مستخدم منها عند بدء الاشتراك المدفوع
• أسعار الخطط كما هي موضحة في التطبيق والموقع

• All payments are processed through the store you downloaded the app from: Apple App Store (via In-App Purchase) or Google Play, and are subject to that store's policies
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time in your account settings: Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions (on iOS), or Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions (on Android)
• Payments are non-refundable except in cases permitted by the relevant app store
• 7-day free trial — no charges during the trial period; any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when a paid subscription begins
• Plan prices are as displayed in the app and website

جميع محتويات نبوغ — بما في ذلك الأسئلة، الشروح، الرسومات، الكود البرمجي، والعلامة التجارية — هي ملك حصري لنبوغ ومحمية بقوانين حقوق النشر.

All Nubugh content — including questions, explanations, graphics, code, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Nubugh and protected by copyright laws.

يُحظر على المستخدمين:

Users are prohibited from:

• محاولة اختراق أو التلاعب في نظام التطبيق
• نشر أو مشاركة أسئلة التطبيق على منصات أخرى
• استخدام التطبيق لأغراض تجارية بدون إذن
• انتحال هوية مستخدمين آخرين
• أي استخدام يخالف القوانين السعودية أو الدولية

• Attempting to hack or manipulate the app system
• Publishing or sharing app questions on other platforms
• Using the app for commercial purposes without permission
• Impersonating other users
• Any use that violates Saudi or international laws

نبوغ منصة تعليمية مساعِدة ولا تضمن نتائج معينة في الاختبارات. الأداء في الاختبارات يعتمد على عوامل متعددة خارج نطاق سيطرتنا. نبذل قصارى جهدنا لضمان دقة المحتوى ولكننا لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي أخطاء.

Nubugh is an assistive educational platform and does not guarantee specific exam results. Exam performance depends on multiple factors outside our control. We make every effort to ensure content accuracy but are not liable for any errors.

نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سنخطرك بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر إشعار داخل التطبيق. الاستمرار في الاستخدام بعد التعديل يُعدّ قبولاً للشروط الجديدة.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notification. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية. أي نزاع يُحسم وفق الأنظمة السعودية.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be resolved in accordance with Saudi regulations.
